A week ahead of Good Friday, my daughter who is one and half years started to cough a lot, accompanied by high fever.  We put her on medication, but she was not getting any better. The fever and the cough continued throughout the week.

Good Friday came, I really wanted to attend church, but my daughter’s fever was running very high. At first we decided on not attending church , but after some thought I  said, ‘This is just a test for us, let’s  go to church, during ministry time, we will get the Pastors to pray for her.’ And so we came to church.  During ministry that day, the call to  receive prayer for healing was not given. We brought her back home with her fever still running very high, plus her persistent cough.

Pastor had preached on The secret of the bread, the wine , and the oil in church that day, and anointing oil prayed over by the Team was given to everyone. I anointed my daughter with the anointing oil, and prayed over her in Jesus’ Name. This I did in the evening. That day I decided to be bold- to believe in His healing grace, and though we had the medicines at home, I didn’t give her any the whole day.

A little while after I prayed  her fever came down, temperature was normal, and she  stopped coughing completely. That night all of us slept peacefully. It’s more than a week now, the cough didn’t come back, and her temperature has been normal since that day.

I share this to the glory of God. God heals-prayer works-anointing oil is truly anointed.
